Advance Unit Replacement
Get peace of mind with Elo's optional Advance Unit Replacement warranty. In the event your device requires service, all you have to do is submit a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request through Elo's online portal. If phone support doesn’t resolve the issue, we will ship you a replacement unit next business day.

How AUR Works
1. Request RMA
Request an AUR replacement by submitting a Returned Material Authorization (RMA).

2. Replacement Unit Shipped
Once the request is verified and an RMA number is issued, a replacement unit is shipped along with return instructions.

3. Return Defective Unit
Follow the instructions to return the defective unit back to Elo within 15 business days.

How much is delivery?

We deliver from Ireland to Ireland and delivery is €5.99.

We use An Post express label service for the majority of our deliveries.
